Nothing but Chaos!!!

Boy, where have the last three months gone? I am not sure how your house has been but ours has been absolutely crazy! A lot has been happening and we are excited to see what else develops as we pick up the ministry and continue it throughout the next several months.

We have relocated to the Tri-Cities area for Jeremy to attend a free two year degree for diesel mechanics (through the Trade Act). This will greatly help us out along with hoping to add a trade to the ministry when we get our facility.  This was a surprise and quite a quick move. In spite of the many challenges of moving, God really blessed us through the whole process and we are now settled in and starting to get back to a regular routine and back to the ministry.  We apologize for the lack of updates to this point. 

​We are really excited to announce that we will be at the Portland Roadster show from March 16-18 and look forward to being able to get out and share with others what we are doing.

​We are currently working on our curriculum and we are  happy to be able to get that set up. We are also working toward the goal of starting a small group in our area that will meet and test out our curriculum. We will announce more on that as soon as we are able to. 

We are also excited to be starting the gardening aspect of Surviving Home. We have leased a small parcel of land and we are starting to work it in order to prepare for a larger market garden when we are set up in a facility. Bitsy is leaning towards going to a master gardeners class and will be able to start selling produce this upcoming spring/summer. We will be growing quite a few things and are hoping to get some contracts with some of the local restaurants. 

We are excited to welcome Teresa to the team, she will be writing a couple of articles each month. We are sure you guys will enjoy her blogs as much as we are and look froward to many more. She has had vast experience not only dealing with people who suffer from PTSD, she has also suffered from PTSD.
